Ugandan singer, Bebe Cool has announced the release of Nigerian singers, Omah Lay and Tems from prison.
The arrest of Omah Lay and Tems by the Ugandan police for flouting coronavirus guidelines sparked chaos on social media with thousands of Nigerians including artistes calling for their immediate release. According to reports, Bebe Cool who was said to have demanded for their arrest worked hand in hand to secure their release. Taking to his Twitter page, the singer shared photos of the court papers which confirmed their release from prison.
