Nigerian artists, Wizkid and Rema have bagged nominations at the 2021 MOBO International Awards.
The Music stars were nominated alongside American artists- Drake, Kanye West, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Megan the Stallion for the “Best International Act”.
Wizkid and Rema also received nominations for the “Best African Act”. Burna Boy, Tems, Ckay, Tiwa Savage, Davido, NSG, King Promise and newbie-Ayra Starr also received nominations under the same category.
This is the second time Wizkid has been nominated for both categories in the same year and the first time for Remmy Boy.
The MOBO Awards is an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in “Music of black origin”. This year award show will hold on the 5th of Dec, 2021.
