Less than 48 hours after Wizkid failed to show up for his performance in Ghana, he strikes again, as he failed to show up for another concert in Abidjan. According to angry fans, the Afrobeat singer was supposed to perform at a concert in Abidjan but failed to show up again, just like he did in Ghana 2 nights ago.
According to several reports by already riled-up fans, Wizkid was supposed to be in Abidjan at 6p.m, but 6 hours later, the singer was nowhere to be found. Nonetheless, he was spotted performing at the Cotonou event, which was scheduled for 11 p.m.
One Paul Allen wrote on Twitter:
#wizkid A no show at his Abidjan, Ivory Coast Concert less than 24 Hours after not showing up for #WizkidLiveAccra. Maybe his latest project should have been titled “More Ego, Less Love”. It’s been reported that his staff there are been held by the police.
